How can I disable my 2-FA?
We take the security of your account very seriously. If you have lost access to the device that holds your two-factor authentication app, or if you would like to disable it, please follow the directions below:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Disable Two Factor Authentication" or "Disable 2FA" using the email address associated with your Republic account.
- With your email, please attach a photo of yourself holding a valid form of ID used for identity verification as well as a piece of paper with "Republic" and today's date written on it.
Once our team has the time to review your submission, we will either get back to you to request more information or disable your two-factor authentication. After you have reset your password, we will require you to re-enable your two-factor authentication.
