How can I cancel my investment?

You may be able to cancel an investment commitment depending on the exemption the offering is raising under as well as the terms of the offering. 

Reg CF Offerings:

For Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offerings, you can cancel your investment up to 48 hours prior to the offering’s deadline or intermediate close date. If you've already made an investment commitment in a Reg CF offering and would like to cancel, simply head to your portfolio and click "View Investment" for the investment commitment you'd like to cancel. If your investment commitment is eligible to be cancelled, you will see the ability to cancel your investment commitment by navigating to the "Options" dropdown and clicking "Cancel investment."

NOTE: Regulation A, D, and S offerings are typically final sale. You may not be able to cancel a commitment for one of these investment opportunities under any circumstances.
