Can I invest in an offering after the deadline (i.e. it closes)?

If an offering has concluded you will be unable to create a new investment commitment. If an offering is already subscribed over the maximum raise amount, you may be able to create a waitlisted commitment. If an investment allocation becomes available, you may be able to invest.
