How do I start?

Getting started on Republic is simple.

First, if you haven't already, you'll want to create your account at https://republic.co/register and fill out the user registration form.

Once you've created your account, we suggest you verify your identity. This is required to invest in all offerings on Republic, so it's best to get started.

After you verify your identity, browse investment opportunities and find something you are interested in. Evaluate the offering and take the time to review all the terms and information found on the offering page. Due diligence is important, and we want you to make an informed investment decision. Be sure to review the risks of private investing. 

If you decide you'd like to make an investment commitment, click the "invest" button on the offering's campaign page. There, you will be asked to input the investment amount you'd like to commit, your payment information, and whether you will be investing as an individual or entity. 

Complete any and all required action items related to your investment commitment to avoid automatic cancellation. You can view any action items you may have by navigating to your portfolio and clicking "view investment".
