Where will my investment be refunded?

If your investment commitment is canceled, a refund will generally be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and to post to your account. Wire transfers can take up to 10 business days.

If you do not see a refund after 7 business days, please contact our team through the chatbot or at [email protected]. If your payment method has been cancelled or lost (credit card numbers that have changed) please contact us immediately to ensure an orderly refund.
